Really great product and a very nice environment. The design of the building can make it loud sometimes but the wifi is strong and it's a great place to meet w/ people.

Their chai comes from Tanglewood Beverage Co. It's a bit spicier than your average Tazo/Oregon Chai and has lots of ginger in it. Super yummy! Try it iced with coconut milk!

Asked the barista what his favorite was and had him make that for me! Had some great conversations with the baristas while I was in there too. Great place for meetings or getting work done.

Hands-down, the best caffe in Vancouver! With a great local focus, they feature coffee from Ristretto Roasters and their own homemade baked items. The honey vanilla latte is phenomenal!

PENNY WISE & POUND FOOLISH!Worst customer service ever! Thatchers is an example of policy gone rogue. Where your policies Trump customer service. Even if you pay for it you can't have it a medium Cup
