    Amazing experience. Creative masterpiece dishes that brought out the natural flavours of star ingredients. Stand out was the confit of ocean trout. Superb matching with quality sake.

    Best degustation menu we have tried! Booked 2 mths ahead for anniversary on a fri nite. At least 5yrs ago, not sure how long waiting list & price is now. Allow 3-4hrs to enjoy the meal. Great service!

    I have had degustation menus all over the world. This is the best. The wine pairing is the worlds best and hats off to the sommelier.

    Big fan of chef tetsuya! I ate here and Waku Ghin in Singapore. I get a little taste of heaven everytime I sample his creations. Delish!

    Good Nosh. If you appreciate High End tucker (& paying for it) where you have many small courses over several hours; this is the place for you. Definitely not your 'standard' dining experience

    Slightly disappointed with the degustation, the price is probably not that worth it when compared to other restaurants such as Quay, but heavenly ocean trout!!!

    Sommelier Greg Plowes is one of Sydney's best. Jerry & Addy are also brilliant. A brilliant German selection of Riesling.

    Book a table for 2-4 way in advance as they get full really quickly, private rooms for 6-12 are much easier though.

    GOOD: fish courses! Amazing! BAD: dark meats. I think they try to get you drunk so you don't notice it is good, but not upto standard. OVERALL: value for money? Yeah. But just.

    Definately not worth the money.Recommend NOT to go, service was terrible for a fine dining restaurant. I'm so disappointed.
