NeMeSiSOktober 25, 2014The hotel is huge and clean n organised. Front desk is polite n quick. The room is very clean and with nice comfortable bed and pillows. The room n toilet is big but the bath tube is too small.

- The hotel exterior is superbly crafted and good venue for personal snapshots. However, hotel rooms interior little bit run-down for wear & tear. The management should replace all worn out carpetings!

Has YousefAugust 11, 2019Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel at all. The room is old and thin walled. Slow service in general, no one picks up the phone in the reception. Its not bad, good for families but terrible for couples.

- Doing my prayers briefly. Very quiet down at Level 10.
Nice to stay. Room is clean, wifi signal is strong. But bell boy 's service need improve. You asked them things, they look like frustrating n lazy to answer you.
