Jasen OnoApril 28, 2011Rush hour time is usually from noon to 730pm. Mondays-Tuesday are "chest days" and Wednesdays are usually "back days" AVOID the non-sense that comes along with these people who don't know anything
I practically live here. Best place to workout in town.
Moderate traffic in the late morning (945 & later) but can get busy at night.
iFitness for iPhone is a great app to download to record your workouts!!
