There isn't much to not like about this place. My business partner and myself love this place. We've turned our friends into State Social-ites. Definitely, a great 'Man Cave' with awesome service.
Totally unbelievably reasonable happy hour. Beautiful bartenders. Great location for people watching outside or occasional douche watching inside.

Always a good time at the state. Sit downstairs for a chill vibe. Try the Mac and cheese!

JoseSeptember 5, 2013Great space, eat/drink, smoke or chill in piano bar. The Whiskey Burger w/ Jameson jam is a favorite.- $15 bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary's on Saturday and Sunday! The Mac and cheese is delish too!!!
- Great atmosphere and little smoking/drinking area downstairs. Sausage and jalepeno was great!!

It's not bad but it's not great either. Located on Sunset Blvd for a quick drink, especially if you have a big group.
EricaOktober 20, 2013Not impressed. Food is overpriced and not that good. Empty on football game days. The back room has a cigar lounge and smoke lingers into State. Bras and panties are hung from the ceiling. Weird?
