Very friendly staff, free flow coffee and tea, spacious room and clean. Microwave in every room, heater and AC, everything is awesome. If you need amenities such as toothbrush, ask the receptionist.

Really good price for being downtown. Within walking distance to everything Chicago. We will stay here again.

Friendly staff + free wifi + prime location + free breakfast + great view! Too bad the nearby club (Studio Paris) is so darn loud at night (even on a Sunday).

Great free breakfast and indoor pool for kids. So many restaurant options within walking distance and self parking in connecting garage.

Nice room. However, at least from the 7th floor side facing Studio Paris, I am shocked by how loud the music is from said club. Midnight on a Thursday, and the volume is ridiculous.

We stay here every yr to shop & go to cubs game and convention. Very convenient to shopping & redline to Wrigley. Great breakfast!

I've puked here two different times, and on the next day, the bathroom was spotless begging for more puke. I highly recommend!

For an awesome steak with a great view, walk 4 blocks to Chicago Cut Steakhouse off LaSalle St. Awesome bone-in Ribeye.

Allow an extra 15 mins when you need to take the elevator! They are painfully slow.

We were only here for 3 full days of service and the housekeeping never cleaned our room 2 out of the 3 days. Seems very disorganized from a management perspective.
