The Total Health Nut smoothie is delish! South Block is the best place to hit up for a guilt-free, nutrient rich breakfast.
Have on occasion visited 3 times in a day. Best spot in Arlington for anyone gluten free! Try everything, it's all good.
Amir MostafaviJuly 25, 2012BANANA PARKING! Park in the building garage. Go to Trader Joes and buy a .19¢ banana (or more if you wish!). Get parking validated for 90 min. Go around the corner to South Block!
Caveman Bowl or any of their juices are a must. A bit pricey, but it's very healthy and will help you feel great! Make sure to try the juice bar next door!

Everything is awesome. The loaded Avocado Toast is incredible. Every variation of açaí bowl is delicious. Super friendly and attentive staff.

Delicious food, but have some patience. Service is slow and when it's busy orders get lost.

MeagsApril 6, 2015This place is the worst for gluten free folks!! Avoid at all costs. The cashier was clueless about gluten free and ignored my request when I ordered. Then they gave me an attitude when I spoke up.
