The digital art works in the elevator and the colors were amazing.The valet was a bit of a disappointment we were waiting for ages for our car& they parked it in a spot and didn’t tell us where it was

I like the staff and vibes. Two complain might you know it before a reservation: 1. Too busy to drop and take your car from valet 2. You’ll use 2 elevators to reach your room !

Worst hotel experience in Dubai! And then kept waiting for my room for half an hour when it was actually ready but Bosa didn’t tell me! If i hadnt followed up how long would i have had to wait for!
