MLOSeptember 3, 2015Spar with a pro or take a high intensity group class. Finish with an intelligentsia coffee or coconut water and punch the rest of your day in the face. Best workout I've had in a long time!
This place is so impressive. The teachers are incredibly skilled at what they do and the facility is beautiful. Love coming here and getting a kick ass workout. Kristian is my favorite!
Olivia's 60 minute TKO at 930 on Saturday morning is the hardest workout in the game. The extra rounds add orders of magnitude to the overall intensity. ProTip: double espresso shot before you go in.
Fun, sweaty 45 min workout. I love Maria and Kelly’s classes. Each instructor puts their own spin on things but class structure stays similar. The music is on point and showers / facilities are nice.
I don't love fitness classes but this one is super fun and burns a lot of calories. Get a full body workout and get your aggression out.

Class kicked my butt, and I liked it. Rental gloves, as you may expect, can get pretty smelly with all the people using them! Haven't checked out the juice bar yet, but I'm sure I'll have one soon!
- Jaws' class is the best workout I've ever had. Book her early because her 7am is starting to get really full. They're going to need a bigger boat.

Seth is my favourite - funny and give good pointers on form. There are a few lockers in the change rooms - they are bigger than the others.
Nice facilities but the locker rooms are small with not a lot of room to change. Plan accordingly
Natalie VFebruar 2, 2017Classes are very crowded and, while it's nice to have your own bag, felt like the instructors were a little out of touch and workout wasn't that hard. Prefer Overthrow.
Great workout! Highly recommend the full hour class on Thursday nights.
Great workout. You'll get what you put into it. Highly suggest getting regular wraps.
