lululemon athleticaSeptember 30, 2010Try out Debbie Steingesser’s “Happy Hour” Flow class on Fri nights from 5:15-6:30pm. She'll lead you through a grounding yet up-lifting Vinyasa series and you can stay after for wine, cheese & fruit.
Best yoga studio in SF! All the teachers are super knowledgable and helpful.
The level 2-3 class on Wednesday is one of the best workouts in the financial district.
Power Yoga and Iyengar as well as Pre-natal and Restorative. A wide range of yoga options here!
Great selection of yoga teachers, very convenient for the downtowners. Friday classes they have free wine and cheese after class! Its a win win.
Kyle M is THE best! For All levels, she has two classes here - Monday, 6.35pm, and Sundays, 9.30am.
