    This is Rubio's Numero Uno. But, don't let the looks fool you. This is the epic center of the fish taco explosion in San Diego and then the US. For that reason alone, it makes my top ten list.

    Very small parking. Cannot go around building, must do 3 point turn. Good food though. Very first Rubios built.

    Average burritos, shrimp ones use decent quality u-60(small)count, so very average. Consistent though, salsa bar is always nice
