Loved the tour around the grounds, followed by an olive oil tasting and farm to table lunch. I bought two bottles of lemon syrup to bring home.

The tasting patio has stunning views & stay for the wine...I recommend doing the wine & food pairing..and remember to pick up a few bottles of olive oil.

book the afternoon pairings which give you a few bites with your 3 - 4 wines. try to sit on the patio as well. view is just gorgeous and so relaxing.

The chef plans the menu from the seed catalog seasons before. Most of the food is from the garden. So tasty.

Snag a cozy seat by the fire, and ask the staff if they have any of their smaller production wines open- the Nebbiolo and Syrah are killer!
