CrickettMai 5, 2022Beautiful hotel with modern touches, including plenty of outlets and USB ports. You can just grab a bag of ice from the freezer placed where an ice machine would be? Aveda amenities make it perfect.

The New Years Eve dream location for kids! They know customer service. Great dinner NYE at Charley's-Noise makers, hats, tiaras and a buffet for the kids. Another perfect stay @ a gem of a hotel.

Not sure how often the draft lines are cleaned... I'd suggest they do it a little more often! Buy bottled beer!
Customer service has been fantastic until this morning. Don't bother with the breakfast door hanger. They don't pick them up.
Jeramiah DooleyFebruar 22, 2013The valet is bad, including a 40+ minute wait depending on their schedule running the hotel shuttle. Also, they don't start until 6am, so if you have an early flight you have get the car yourself.

Save room for dessert & try the Toffee Almond Cake, it's probably my favorite dessert in the city now. Loads of caramel sauce!

Michelle ArbourMärz 30, 2013Service in the bar is horrible. We waited 30 + for each drink.. was not a good thing. Food was sub par. Also we asked and put money down for 2 queen beds and didn't get it. Maid doesn't knock..
Not a great Renaissance since the rooms are still distinctly Courtyard-ish, but the Club Lounge is top-notch.
- Great half price happy hour on appetizers & drinks M-F, 3-6pm!
There is an indoor waterpark for the kids.
