Ahvaltıdan çok bi beklentim yok domates, peynir işte maalesef onlar bile yok. Düzensiz,pis ve sağlıksız bi yer. Kahve istedim masala soslu geldi. Arkadaşım çay istedi, fincanı öperek göndermişler😛💋

Hated check in experience, have to wait standing for inexperienced counter to check in & told room only ready by 3pm, come on!

22yo hotel that's recently changed owners.Parts of building r in dilapidated condition & very poorly maintained.Badly needs refurb.Parking's a big prob.No sense complaining as mgmt doesn't listen!🤨😡

Staff here are seriously lacking in training & company knowledge. Admittedly maybe best staff not here as it is New Years Eve 2012. Club floor toilets have no tissue, toilet roll or toilet paper.

Parking fee here is RM10 per day but if you will park only for half an hour so choose an hourly rate starting from RM6 for the first hour and RM4 for the each consequent hours.

Im always choose the Club Level on the West Wing for my guest. Much better than the East Wing.

TEMPTations is just plain bad. Manager is rude to guests & even more so to staff. Food's as bad as the service & it's too warm here. Dodge this place!

Smelly rooms, facilities breaking apart, mosquitoes in lobby, overpriced illy coffee in small take away cups, rude and unfriendly reception staff, shall never ever stay here again. Worst hotel experie
