You go through the line and the staff person assembles a custom bowl of ramen (or cold noodle salad or regular salad) for you. You get just what you want and it's soooooo good!

AWESOME!! I love how you can customize your bowl and have a large variety of broths made from scratch as well as unlimited fresh veggies! Chris will greet you with a smile and stellar service. A+!

Ramen with spicy miso - tried it with jalapeños, garlic butter and chile oil - yum! Very friendly staff & good atmosphere.

It is like chipotle, except the food isn't super great and it costs about the same as getting amazing ramen at many other places.
