Extremely cold air conditioning inside. They won't turn it down even after request. We lowered the temp and they put it back up. Bring a jacket. Felt like 18 degrees.

Service is bad! Service crews are not attentive and the coffee and tea came 20min after ordering... The cakes came without cutlery.

The service is really bad... Crew were inattentive... They even served your food with collected leftovers on the same tray.

Service is atrocious. Luckily it redeems itself with good views & food. If they ever lose either of these it's instantly the worst restaurant in town.
