I love this place. They are serious about yoga and respect the practice. Richard's candlelight class on Mondays is subliminal. They also have kundalini. Every now & then they host fire ceremonies
This is the best yoga studio by far. The serenity that the place exudes overtakes your sense. The moment you step in the studio you feel restore. Highly recommended.

Kelly SAugust 20, 2011I don't recommend the 'basic' class unless you're really new to yoga. You'll get a great stretch but won't break a sweat.
If you're looking for a good basic class, take Susie's Thursday at 7:30 pm.
This is an amazing yoga studio!! Take the Kundalini yoga classes with Susan!
