Right outside the hotel are so many restaurants and bars that food lovers will adore. Try Market Street and the authentic food at the nearby Little Italy.

Stay away from the 2-room suites on the 6th floor! Dirty walls and carpet, mold on bathroom sink and faucets, duct tape wrapped shower head, bathtub faucet backplate detached from shower wall. Mehr erfahren

The hotel is old. The bedrooms are small but is enough for a couple and it is clean. I liked it. It's very near from almost all stores.

Rooms are lacking when compared to known chain hotels. Breakfast is essentially bread and juice. If you can spend a bit more per night, stay somewhere else. Otherwise, get a high floor room.

Location, location, location! No air conditioning, never was able to get on their wifi so don't expect to spend much time in the room. Coffee at free breakfast was decent.

Small, but comfy rooms. Be sure to go to the Hospitality Hour and meet a few of the 4 remaining tenants from the pre-hotel days. Trip.

Wi-Fi sucks, bedbugs, lots of noise from the street, cold rooms, and...the only redemption is it's good location in the city.

Maybe we were lucky, but it's not that bad as Zagat says (overall rank 13 of 25). Especially, comparing to price. Just don't rely on "breakfast", don't take a room facing to cable and it's gonna be OK

My room clean and comfy. The only problem was the noise. Looking at other reviews, I definitely got the worst room location. Didn't bug me personally but it was pretty loud.

They made me print out my own confirmation letter in the lobby before checking me in (despite showing them the reference number on my phone).

When on the lower floors try to avoid the rooms facing the cable car street. It tends to be pretty noisy!

The wifi in really crap. If you sit on the couches next to the reception you can get the next door Sephora wifi which is waaaay better

Centrally located. Wifi is not very well in each room. Beds ok. Shower gives hot, but little water. Rooms could use an upgrade. Good for a night out in SF.

Rooms are nice. Showers are fine. Don't know what people were complaining about. Continental breakfast does suck.

Don't stay here, the rooms had mold. We asked to get move and the second room also had mold. The valet parking was a nightmare 75 dollars for parking in two night. The worst customer service !

Serious mold problems. Check your shower stalls and "closets." As someone with a major mold allergy that triggers migrainous vertigo, this is a big NO. Noisy, but expected since windows are old.

hotels.com charged $79 for a room here, and it's just fine and centrally located. clean and quiet.

Very central location. Beds are ok, but the rooms could use an upgrade. Shower does not give much water. Good very a night out in SF.

Lots of mold in the bathroom. Very small rooms but hey it's 75 bucks on Hotwire.

DON'T! If u wanna stay at somewhere clean just don't do it! We had to check out after 2nd day did not even wanna spend one more day! We wet to statford hotel instead!!

Wifi is awful. Giant roach in my shower. Shabby. Would not stay here again.
