Everyone was friendly & helpful, in line with the hospitality of the Palace Hotel. Still, the pastry at Maison Kayser or François Payard is of higher quality, in my opinion, at comparable prices.

The lunch options like sandwiches are overpriced and pretty disappointing, but we like the high-end French sweets at this cafe in the Palace hotel.

Way to expensive. You can get comparable coffee and pastries for much less at other local places.

Just paid way to much for a soy latte, took a sip...it was sour! Called to complain and no one answered ...the place is the worst!
