Kurt WlasakMärz 16, 2015Lots of cardio for sure. Tanning is available, however, the beds have a bulb or two out and it takes them ( staff) to get them changed. Had to send a letter to the DM . Just for the change. Its good
Lots of cardio here! Take advantage of the free and unlimited training sessions w/Victor. He is friendly, helpful, knowledgable w/the machines, and knows many exercises to do w/the dumbbells.
A great no frills gym. They do have locker rooms and showers but bring your own towels! They don't supply any... They also have tanning beds!
Test and train your muscles, balance and stamina with weights, treadmill, bike, rowing machines. Some of the newer machines have rep counters and timers to help your workout.
Friendly staff and patrons! Could def use a few more workout machines.
People that work here dont really know what they're doing and always have to wait to get any request done
The clock always says that it's 8:10. I guess it's right twice a day.
Come around 11am-4pm or after 11:30pm if you like it when there are less people.
