The staff are friendly and nice. The facility was clean and you could go there anytime 24/7.
You can see yourself just fine from 6 feet away from the mirror, guy. You don't need to block the dumbbell rack to fog the mirror with your breath.
Total judgement free zone. Good way to get started on any sort of fitness goals.- Always bring headphones! 2 places you should NEVER hear Madonna dance mixes: the gym &the gentlemens club.

It's 24 hr/ 7 days a week of a nice gym atmosphere- Don't ride the rides. Take it slow and actually use your muscles to move the machine.
It is now 24 hours everyday not just Mon-Thurs
That guy can skip the tan. Save the Jersey Shore crap for Gold's and all the juicers at that gym.- Slow and thorough with what you CAN lift.
