I come here to work out. It looks like I'm dying here but I keep coming. Again and again. Change will happen the more I push myself. So for those struggling just keep coming.
Has anyone else seen a cat in this place? I swear I've seen a dark colored cat once in the back corner by the treadmills, just sitting there.
No one bothers you. I suggest do 30 min on the treadmill rest for 5-10 minutes to not over work your heart then do another 30 min. Very good and effective.- Spacious. No one bothers you. Friendly staff.
Get here around 11:00pm and avoid the crowds...
