If your workouts are cardio-centric, then you're in the right place. Not a lot of weight equipment, and the ones they do have are monopolized by the ogling, intimidating men. Weight train at home.- Great trainers and service just dodge the late hours. It gets filled with people coming home from work
- Alonso BuendiaJuni 19, 2012First time here & last time. You have men and women bigger than you hanging out starring at you. Machines need servicing and please wipe down the machine before using people here aren't considerate!
This place gets overly crowded at times. When you come in at the right time it isn't too bad tho. You can't expect much for a 10 or 20 dollar membership.
Not too bad. Just have to know when the crowd won't be there. Black people don't workout on weekends for some reason.

Cardio machines such as the treadmills and elliptical machines.
Its $10 a month. W'hadya expect? Etiquette? U have 2 pay mo' 4 that mindset. Here, ppl b.s. stand around, men oodle, folks dont bck put wts THEY TOOK & neva throw out their own paper towels. Yep $10.
- Come Early and on FRIDAY nights you will get a better selection
So I haven't been to PF@Canarise in a hot minute. Everybody and then some is waiting for the 30 min circuit section. At first I thought PF was going shit away, how everyone was huddle up.
Clean the machine before you use it! People never clean when they're done. The place doesn't seem to care enough to enforce it!

They've moved around the machines. There's finally room for stretching!
Ummm the workers brought Chinese food into the gym for lunch....conflict of interest!?
Gym too packed... Gotta beat the rush to get your workout in in peace
Go buy a lock and stop bringing all your crap with you to the machines!

noon - 3 on weekdays....your best shot for everything
I like how every guy here seems to be a "trainer" especially when a cute/hot chick is around- Throw your shit away. No maid service here. And the weights go in SIZE order - get some etiquette *sigh*
If you're here to build muscle head to the one downtown its way bigger .
Never come on a Monday at 7-10pm. Packed is an understatement.
