Friendly atmosphere, never have to wait for a machine... If you are a BLK Card member... HYDO BED is a MUST! Try not to fall asleep!
Staff is overly courteous, responsive, one of the best places to go to have a decent workout.

This gym is so clean! Staff is so friendly. Great gym experience.
The busiest hours are between 5-8pm during week days. Try to come before or after and you will have a great gym experience!

This gym is very clean, and laid back.
Great gym. Fantastic staff. (We do miss Eric, he was a great manager.)
All free weight barbell bench presses have been removed.
