Terminal 3 is worse than the surrounding Arizona desert. Buy anything you need or want before even arriving to airport. Nothing here but a newsstand and one dumpy restaurant. Not even a coffee shop.

Terminal 4 has the backscatter machines at TSA, my scan showed my "large anomonly" which gave the agent right to molest me in a physical groping search under my genitals for a bomb or weapon.

Terminal Four is where it's at. Dining options are few in Terminal Three, and there aren't as many charging stations.

If you have to connect to terminal 2. Leave security, go down to level 1, then exit at door 2. Silver terminal bus picks up on the island.

The airport should invest in a plane train system. Walking through individual concourses isn't fun when you transfer planes.

Note to future Memorial Day weekend travellers: if flying out of PHX in the a.m. on Thurs., expect to stand in *much* longer lines (plural) than usual. Folks missing flights all day long.

Pro tip: don't arrive early. Power is as scarce as finding water in the desert here. 0 line for security. Plan to arrive 30 min before flight departs.

If you’re unable to select the middle seat when booking your flight, do not book that flight. The flight is most likely oversold which could make for an unwanted adventure when take-off time comes.

Would like to politely disagree about not being able to find an outlet. There are 4 by gate 17. Look for the AED and pay phones. Outlets are right next to those two.

Expedia say enterprise is the only rental car "at the terminal". No rental car agencies have been there for three years. Plan ~ 1+ HR each way and lines.

Need to charge up your phone/laptop? Look for the columns in the terminals. That's where the outlets are.

Cool new terminal F! If you rent a car leave PLENTY of time for the return. It’s pretty far from the terminals.

Smoking are in terminal 2 is by the C and D gates INSIDE security!!!!!!! The best terminal at Sky Harbour.

Gates A-D are all connected on Terminal 4. Look for the security checkpoint with the shortest lines. WALKING may be required!

Rental car return: you will have to drive all thru the airport loop, keep your eye on the West exit - takes forever to get there so plan accordingly.

At only 8:30pm most of the restaurants were closed...that's kinda wack. Especially since its a Friday. Super busy travel day. They need to keep later hours.

Gate 20 doesn't have power outlets available for use. So keep use of devices minimal if you still want juice on the plane.
