Best Chinese "fast food". The quality is so superior to any fast food restaurant that it's not really fair to put it in that category. It is basically PF Chang in a minimized menu version.

Ask to get shrimp, chicken or tofu stock velveted which means it is steamed in broth instead of stir-fried in oil. It reduces the fat up 30%. I tried it on Chicken, it's good but not as salty.

Getting it to go? Better ask for utensils or you'll be going caveman style.

the manager at this location seems to think that I can't tell the difference between old and fresh wontons-- which I've been eating even before they were in tulsa.

Wontons were old and the manager has zero customer service skills. Skip this one and go to Yale or Cherry Street kids.
