We stayed at this hotel & had an amazing hotel experience directly in the heart of Berlin. The staff is very friendly. We ate at the gourmet restaurant first floor & enjoyed an outstanding cuisine.

Don't let the shabby exterior fool you, as the interior along with the high quality service will be a definite surprise. Ask for a room facing the Zoo and be sure to visit the hotel's Finnish spa.

Good variety for breakfast, cosy and clean rooms (we were living at 7th "club" floor) and super pleasant sleep (special thanks for pillows). will stay here again

Очень хороший отель! Сервис выше всяких похвал: ни одна просьба не осталась без внимания. Сам отель красивый, уютный, чистый, хорошая кухня. Несомненно, вернулась бы снова!

Be regenerated and get pampered at the treatments offered at this hotel. The Finnish Sauna here is excellent.

One of best Restaurants of Berlin is located in the "FirstFloor" of Palace Hotel. This is the name of the Restaurant, as well - First Floor... Yummie

A run down hotel from a once fairly good standard. Unfriendly personal! As a regular guest, I am no longer wishing to stay in it's not very clean rooms. Has reduced to a 3 star hotel for me!

No garage close to the hotel for your car, they take your car to a nearest garage somewhere, and costs like hell-a-lot! No restaurant grade room service, and they got 5*s? How? Reception is helpful.
