A lunch plate made up of our customer's favorite dishes. This dish includes red beans with smoked sausage, crawfish etouffée, steamed white rice, & your choice of a cup of chicken or shrimp gumbo. *No substitutions

Four Cheese Pasta

Mozzarella, Cream Cheese, Parmesan, and Fontina hand blended into a sauce base sauce with herbs and spices, then tossed with penne pasta. Served with garlic bread.

Red Beans & Rice with Smoked Sausage

Slow cooked red beans with ham, sausage & creole spices. Served with steamed rice and a link of smoked sausage. (This recipe can be found on page 170 of Oak Alley Plantation Cooking.)

Chicken Fricasse

Chicken stewed in a roux base brown gravy with mushrooms, herbs, and seasonings. Served with vegetable of the day and white rice.

For our overnight cottage guests, if you prefer to relax and stay in, you can arrange to have a pre-prepared dinner brought to your cottage, ready for you to heat and serve. You may order from the evening meal room service menu below and it must be pre-arranged by 2:00 p.m. the day before arrival) .
