Been going here for years and it's really the best luxury gym in Manhattan at a somewhat affordable price. Classes and amenities are great. Wish they had a Brooklyn location.
Hot tub and sauna for post-sweat sesh. Resonantly priced gym- check your corporate discount for a really good deal.

The whirlpool here is awesome - not crowded, spacious, and super relaxing!
USE A LOCKER! This is not your bedroom. Your underwear should not be in the middle of the floor.
Don't forget to take a break between reps to hold in your farts.
Ron is a fantastic trainer and I love the whirlpool after a tough workout!
Get a personal training with Heather for one on one yoga. WORTH IT.

Hot Tub Time Machine in basement can take you to 2004. Dial it up.

Most of the arc trainers are broken (incline falls ASAP). 23rd st & park ave's are good tho
Try the 'Green Giant' at the juice bar.
Don't be fooled by the climbing wall. It never gets used.
Live tv on the treadmills makes you forget your running
Try to climb the rock wall in 120 seconds.
Place would be great if it didn't have deodorant thieves.
Urban rebounding on fridays @ 6:20 is the best...
