What a nice place to stay. Location is great and very safe. Clean and tidy. The staff are very nice. Two minutes to the subway. The best hotel in NYC for the price.

Very clean, great location, just few streets to subway station, a lot of shops and restaurants around hotel.They've got great prices,air conditioned, hot water, and clean bed.I totally recommend this!

Hotel muy barato para estar en una zona muy bonita, a 2 cuadras del metro mejor comunicado, a 1 cuadra de la estación del camión que lleva al aeropuerto de LaGuardia, recomendado!!

Is a very good hotel, people treat you nice and its very very clean. Keep in mind is a discount hotel, but I really liked it. The neighborhood is very nice.

The room was clean Bathroom had hot showers and didn't ever have to wait more than 5 minutes for one if them to open up.There are a number of local restaurants near by and a coupleminutes walk tometro

Muy limpio, seguro y con la ubicación perfecta. A tres cuadras de la linea principal del metro y en un barrio tranquilo pero con bares muy entretenidos.

The lobby may not attest to the room quality , but it's a cheaper alternative to Times Sq. Reservations seem to be a challenge for these folks, but with Columbia nearby, you likely spend time there.

Nice location and good rooms. The place is super and the front desk is better than Hilton.

You're rolling the dice when you stay here. I reserved a room but they didn't have me in the system when I arrived. It's definitely a discount hotel - keep that in mind and I wouldn't stay here alone.

Awful. They didn't have the room I reserved when I arrived then gave me a key that didn't open my door, AND made me wait over an hour to fix the problem and get into my room after I was locked out
