20 skewers per person should be ample. Ask the staff to not dip the skewers in the sauce before grilling & to separate the "bumbu kecap manis" & the skewers upon serving.

They are more than happy to do all dishes with no rice or noodles but with more veg and meat. A good choice
The duck breast w/ braised leg & spaghettini was absolutely superb. Relatively small serving, but you will have a massive FOMO if you deviate from this tip and you see someone else enjoying the dish
