Pretty good desserts. For a food truck to have a gluten free desert option I was impressed. It was tasty. If you can locate this food truck it's worth the 5$.

Great sorbet. The truck was at the NC Fairgrounds the last two days for PPD. had their pomegranate sorbet today. Was great always looking for GF trucks.

GF bread options. Good diner style food for breakfast and lunch. Last visit had a great bacon, egg, and cheese on GF bun they use for their burgers. Always friendly staff.

Was here about 8 years ago when I first moved to NC. haven't been back since because of its location. It is still worth the trip. Though no GF menu the servers are knowledgable about allergens.
So I went Thai for tonight's meal and was much more pleased. The lettuce wraps were well made and the tom ka soup flavorful. The provided a GF tamari soy sauce for table which was great.
Waraji has several items on the menu that are unique and food is excellent
