The indoor pool is one of the nicest in the area. Very clean, staff is friendly. Only downside you might have to wait for a lane up to 30 minutes.
I taught @HipHopCycle here for 4.5 years. Love the open space of this gym, basketball court, pool, huge cycle studio & group fitness room. Tons of classes. Try Lori, Kelly, Katie, Cathy, Staci, Kathy

It's a bit a a show here. Could find exactly what you are looking for - or be turned off. Outdoor pool was fantastic prior to next door tower being built. Get tan early....shade comes early!

Can't go wrong with the group fitness classes, especially with Devon. Lots of energy!
Tracey is the best spin instructor, Cathy is the best yoga instructor!
Cycle express with Devon is awesome! Your having so much fun with the personalized playlists and disco lights, you don't even realize how hard it is!

Try BodyPump in the new group fitness studio!
You must take a Body Pump class with Damon! Tues nights, 7:05pm.
The gym is awesome the pool scene is just hot
Mondays at 5pm are a show. Typical chest day.
Kim's Day Spa---great manicures, pedicures, & massages. I actually work out there too. Great Gravity class at 8am on tuesday.

- Try fast track in the morning with Hal. Like a free personal trainer!
Mary at corporate billing has made my day. She is the best!
- Bad place, watch out for contracts! Very nasty staff, Albert is the worst, he threatened to send me to collections even after told hil was paying fee 149 to get out of membership due to moving VA
- Front desk service sub par in the evening.
