Best place to view from is from in front of the Bellagio, facing the Eiffel Tower. Get there early, though, because people claim spots fast!
They have a little gelato/ sorbet area, with fresh flavors made by a gelato chef. Semi pricey, but totally delicious. Lemon sorbet is my favorite. Yummm.
Decent selection and it's easy to find parking. Apparently this shop was in Hangover 3.

If you walk / drive by at night, the outside of the building is beautifully lit up in a rainbow of colors.
A comfortable, clean, and relatively cheap place to stay in Vegas. Close to the strip, too. If you don't feel like driving, ask the front desk to call you a cab! Easy peasy.
Coffee is decent, and they have a great selection of baked goods. I like to treat myself to an eclair when I stop in :)
Love the eggs on croissant sandwich. Perfect to enjoy outside on the mini park area.
Beautiful winery, and it's one of the first ones off the freeway in Sonoma. Great stop if you can't make it all the way to Napa.
Look out for cool kites! This is a great place for people watching, and has amazing views of SF and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Kind of pricey, but great for special occasions. Definitely make a reservation, and definitely try the clam chowder and the prime rib.
A beautiful place to hang out and watch the sunset, or just people watch. It can be fun the walk or run (on University) from the University all the way down the pier.
