    Melo’s is the closest thing east Contra Costa has to Del Popolo, Neopolitana, Delfina and other classic wood or coal fired Italian DoP pizzerias. Thin-crusted, leopard spotted simple deliciousness.

    Just about the best pizza I have ever had.. So many great ingredients.. Have to try the lasagna best around!!!!! Somewhat pricey but totally worth every penny

    Favorite pizza place growing up. Ask for thick crust on any pizza. The primavera is a personal favorite.

    #10. Ask them to make sure the pancetta's good and crispy. (I usually have them hold the tomatoes too, but YMMV)

    Pizza and pasta were very good. Service was awful. Couldn’t get the waitress to stop tabbing or checking her phone to get a refill or an additional plate.
