"Too loud!! It is 11.30pm and impossible to get sleep because people are partying in the reception area. That is nothing of a resort at all. Shame!"

"Coat check asks for an additional fee if you want to take a coat out of the common locker. Not mentioned anywhere and total rip-off!!! First and last time here!"
