In the 2nd floor ballroom all day, hotel personnel wouldn't let us use restrooms on first floor. Didn't give explanation.

a localização é muito boa, com metrô praticamente na porta. na rua do hotel tem vários cafés koreanos que são muito fofos e deliciosos. com o hotel só me decepcionei um pouco com o chuveiro (fraco).

It used to be good. Not anymore. Service is terrible (look like the host is a favor... The employees are all bad tempered). And they charge you abusively just to receive packages from internet orders.
