If you like it spicy, be sure to try their hot sauce. Lots of flavor and spicy! They'll give you a small container for takeout, but you need to ask for it. If you eat in, bottles are on the tables.
Had a wonderful vegetarian plate here. The rice is richly wonderfully spiced, the hummus is creamy and amazing, the grape leaves are fresh and firm, and the falafel is deservedly famous.

Chicken Kabob, Shawarama and Baba Ganouj are really good. Humus spice level is perfect.

Sandwich meat combo with Shawarma and baba ghanoush is a hearty lunch at a healthy price.
Ah I miss their food already (I was there 32 hours ago). Great food and people.
Jessica PuglieseApril 24, 2019It lacks the certain je ne sais quoi of the original shop, but that’s probably bc it’s full of yuppies instead of drunks. Food is good but not life changing. The stuffed grape leaves are awesome.
