Newly renovated rooms & lobby looks great. Walking distance from Swiss Cottage underground station & very close to 'Home Of Cricket', Lords.

Stayed at this hotel several times. Staff are attentive and went out of their way to make my birthday weekend special. Great location and the Indian restaurant in the hotel was exceptional.

Located in a quiet more residential area of NW London, ideal for families. Indoor pool & decent fitness center. Good lounge. Close to Swiss Cottage tube station.

'Twas an awesome stay! Pleasant, helpful and welcoming staff, impeccably clean rooms (mine had a great view of London), great lobby bars & lovely decor! I'd definitely stay again.

Carluccios is great - service is intermittently wry slow but the food is always on point. Try the buratta and the eggs Benedict.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. Decent menu. Good food. Close to Primrose Hill in case you want to dine out.

It's very close to the underground station and Camden Town. Excellent service, comfortable beda, helpful staff. All positive, but no free wifi..

Ok hotel but rooms a bit dated. Wifi at £6 per hour is a joke when room is £270. A/c quite loud. Gym is small but ok. Swimming pool is shallow on one end so not for swimming. Sauna ok but a bit smelly

No free WiFi in the room - you have to pay ridiculous £15 for 24hrs access. Breakfast is more than modest for £16 they charge. Overall, expensive for absolutely no reason.

Close to the Swiss cottage underground station so it's easy to get around town, staff attentive and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Так себе отельчик. Нарочитая Английская пафосность не подкреплённая абсолютно ничем. Скучные интерьеры, простенький сервис. Адаптер к розеткам продали аж за 5 фунтов....
