Sean Hayford OlearyMärz 24, 2013Ugly on the outside, but beautiful facility on the inside. Similar format to the Target Center Lifetime, but much newer and cleaner. The pool in particular is great -- much better than most others.
I love this gym - plenty of equipment and fun classes! However, some of the front desk staff have attitudes and some people who use the weights downstairs don't clean up after themselves.
This gym is great! Usually its pretty mellow if you can get here between 11am to 430pm or 9pm til probably 6am,lol. But if its packed gym manners are decient.
I do group fitness classes at many of the LTF's in the TC. Marlena's STRIKE class on Monday evenings is best cardio + most fun workout I have seen.

Lift away from the dumbbell racks far enough that you don't block them.
Tyler Appel is an amazing personal trainer who inspires you to do your very best.
Wonderful gym!!! And the salon is great too!

Even busy there r plenty of machines.
There are 6 masters swim classes per week- Yes there are a lot of people here but there is always enough equipment.
get here before 9:20 am on summertime weekend if you want a spot by the pool. a dog eat dog patio here.
