    Great lounging area with an breath taking outside view. Love the the yachts that are parked right outside. The inside is deck with a circular bar and a second floor VIP area.

    Overpriced and phony. Head up to Area 31 on the 16th floor for a better ambience, finer service and superior drinks at a better price.
