Fitness and self defense classes are great!! Very intense but the instructors take the time to make sure you have the technique down and at the same time modify the skills to minimize injury.
It is a great place to work out and learn a new skill. Staff is smart and efficient. I miss it. Check out one of the Bag Classes before a level one class. It's a very good thing.
the Bag classes get you sweating more than you would expect! be warned, the night classes can be quite busy!
Get tanked!! The truck usually comes every 3-4 months. Measure your progress/body fat!- Pre validate your parking structure ticket when checking in. Being really tired after class(es) tends to make you forget :(
