Best fish and chips I've ever had in my life. Better than I thought they could be. It's like someone created the combination today, ignoring the bad baggage and keeping the best bits. Travel for it.
The fillet steak from this place cannot be faulted, would recommend to anyone. Along with the chunky steak chips, best meal ever.

Beautiful pub as they ought to be. Fortunately never 'pimped up' like so many of London's public houses. The restaurant is very good too (excellent steaks and pies).
