Really arrogant concierge named Laura otherwise nice hotel but again one of the fancy hotels where when they write: Ask us for everything they actually mean- Don’t dare ask

Очень шикарно, я уже второй раз. Велосипеды,бани, алкоголь и казино, что еще нужно? А, свежий воздух.

Ну раз Вы уже здесь,то знаете,что это почти единственный отель в St Moritz,заслуживающий внимания.Совет. Можно посидеть в сигарной комнатке в баре своей компанией(любителей сигар становится все меньше

We came for the casino, it is not very good, few games, annoying card system, nobody won a thing.

Terrible hotel. Just awful. Too many people, staff at the front desk terribly unfriendly and the food... Ew. Enough said.

WiFi doesn't have a signal at 30% of the hotel. Thats weird.
