Lee MortensenJanuar 18, 2018Great staff. Remodeling in progress. Upgraded rooms are quite nice. Large bathrooms, but those with shower/tub door leak significantly. Good restaurant and bar area. The M club area is great.

The staff however is phenomenal and ridiculously nice. No update needed there!
Careful! Complimentary weekend breakfast buffet for gold and platinum elites is only continental- cereal & fruit. They'll try to charge a premium for the full buffet.

Prior review is wrong. Wifi is available in the rooms. As airport hotels go, this is a very nice property.

Stay on the 9th floor. The rooms are larger and theyy have a concierge room there with free breakfast in the morning and refreshments all day.
Poor quality hotel. A/C in rooms barely blew and stayed around 73. Shower pressure felt like I was barely getting wet, took twice as long to get showered.
Checked us into a room that was already occupied. Ain't got time for dat!!- Very few selections on the restaurant & room service menus...no variety at all!
