    Toilets are clean if a little smelly, though that's probably not John Lewis's fault. Would poo here again.

    The café in the first floor has not very good service, dirty trays and plates. No clean knifes..., not recommended !!!!

    Terrible service from a number of people - a very pass the buck attitude. Soni in particular made life horrendous at the check out.
