I cannot recommend JINS and their robot Kanna anymore highly. They're dead-on with that thirty minute promise. Great style selection, friendly staff, comfy seating, and great glasses! I'll be back.

This place is the future. Single vision lenses are included with the purchase of a frame, and the frames cost only $60-$120! It took me less than 30 min to have lenses put in my new frames.

If you work with a computer a lot, get the JINS Screen lenses. An additional cost of $60 to your glasses. Lots of frames to choose from! Love the store design.

The Japanese version of Warby Parker, with even faster service! Plenty of frames for women with small faces.

More diverse styles than Warby Parker. Got my glasses in less than 30 min, and they help you through getting reimbursed by your insurance.

Spoke to the District Manager about horrific treatment in the store, and about condescending staff at a booth recently. He was offensive, bullying, and hurtful. Just boycott JINS.

Make sure to ask for new frames or they’ll use the display frames to make your glasses.

If you look like an unattractive, fobby-looking Asian, prepare to be ignored, stereotyped, assumed to know nothing about trendy frames, and treated condescendingly.
