    "Night staff on front desk are really nice. Daytime staff and restaurant each have one guy who sucks. If you want something (within reason) keep at it and be nice but firm until it gets done"

    "Request a room in new building, with windows facing outside (not into the hallway or stairs!). Rooms in the new building are great! Big, modern, couch, porch w table and chairs, AC, closet & a safe"
