All the food I ate at this restaurant was fresh, and of the highest quality. They use very little if any oil in their cooking, and no MSG. Will definitely be going back. 2 floors of dining room spa
A talented chef creating french fusion masterpieces, trained by Alain Ducasse, in an elegant/intimate setting. You must book in advance, and the menu is much more fulfilling with the right wine!
They have some unique items on the menu I have not seen in other Chinese restaurants. They also have a very unusual selection of teas. Atmosphere a huge plus!

With 30 seats and no reservations, 22 Ships is democratizing casual dining in HK. Prices are steep, but the wow factor is worth it.
Don't leave without ordering a selection from the Raw Bar and trying the ceviches. Also, the pork chop with the spare ribs is very good. The portion is huge so keep that in mind!

Old style service and awesome Dimsum. You have to flag down the taro pastry, one of my favorites. Also, the char siu pineapple buns are really good. Arrive early to avoid the queue!
