An incredibly well maintained playground and science center, a gym, outdoor hockey rink, nature trails, and over half a dozen baseball fields make this an awesome park. Playground rules all others.
Amazing snorkeling you would never believe - but you've got to have a dive flag and be willing to swim out beyond the buoy. More fish than you can imagine. Watch out for boats - they can't see you.
When I was a park ranger this was the my least favorite detail because it was boring and nobody visited. Now it's a hub of community events and athletic activities.
